Wesley Allen hand-poures directly over the welded iron to create an exceptionally solid one-piece bed. Beautiful and sturdy.
- Universal Slatted Frame
Wesley Allen iron daybeds are drilled with two sets of holes for flexible mounting options. The lower set accomodates a standard mattress and box spring; the frame rests 8 1/2" from the floor with an 8 3/8" clearance. The upper set accommodates the use of a mattress without a box spring; the frame rests 16" from floor with a 15" clearance, providing clearance for most trundle and pop-up units. - Optional High Riser Unit.
Pop-up, or trundle unit, to accommodate second 39" x 75" mattress, providing two twin-sized beds. (For safety reasons, the two mattresses should not be used as a single unit.) Note: All Wesley Allen iron daybeds are available with an optional trundle unit. Trundle units quickly slide out from beneath the daybed and lock into position giving you the convenience of an extra bed when space is limited. The trundle unit lowers and slips back into place in seconds.
